Vehicle Acquisition Summary Report - Transactions Tab

The Transactions tab on the Report Results panel on the Vehicle Acquisition Summary screen is used to review the number of vehicle acquisitions based on the type of acquisition, such as trade-in.

Note - The Transactions tab is only available when Vehicle Acquisition Transaction Date is entered in the Type field on the Report Criteria panel.

To access the Transactions tab, select the Transactions tab on the Report Results panel on the Vehicle Acquisition Summary screen.

The Vehicle Intake By Acquisition Type graph displays the number of vehicles acquired from each acquisition type. Hover the mouse cursor over a section on the graph to display a tooltip with the percentage of vehicle acquisitions for the corresponding deal type.

The Average Days to Convert By Acquisition Type graph displays the average number of days for a vehicle to be acquired after a lead is generated from a campaign. Hover the mouse cursor over a bar on the graph to display a tooltip with the average number of days for a lead to become an acquisition match for the corresponding acquisition type.

The following columns are available on the Transactions tab.

Acquisition Type: The type of deal, such as Trade-In, displays.

Average Days to Convert: The average number of days for a vehicle to be acquired after a lead is generated for the corresponding acquisition type displays.

All Acquisition Transactions: The number of vehicles acquired from customers during the entered date range for the corresponding acquisition type displays.

Acquisition Matches: (Link) The number of vehicles acquired from XtreamService leads during the entered date range for the corresponding acquisition type displays. Click this link to display the Detailed Results window, where details of the acquisitions can be reviewed.

% Of All Acquisition Transactions: The percentage of vehicle acquisitions associated with the the corresponding acquisition type displays.
